Returns Policy: 
Isabel Harris makes every effort to provide detailed descriptions and quality photography of all products.

In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or a refund you for the product under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you feel this is the case, please contact us at admin@isabelharris.co.nz.

When you are selecting and finalising the purchase of your products, please take time to do so thoroughly as we do not provide returns for change of mind.

In the event that a clothing item purchased does not fit, we will exchange for another size where possible or provide store credit. Items must be returned in saleable condition with all tags & packaging before an exchange or credit is processed.
