Shipping policy
Shipping Information:
- Once your order is placed we will aim to ship within 24 hours.
- We use NZ Post as our couriers.
- NZ Post will deliver to a physical address only NOT a Post Office Box
- You will not have to sign for delivery and in most cases the items will be left in your letter box.
- Using a work address for delivery can be helpful when delivering of larger items, or where access is difficult. Consider this, if it is an option.
